Self Help Initiative For Truth
Created inside Idaho Maximum Security Institution by Rudy, Mirza, and Mikey, S.H.I.F.T. grew from their determination to build a genuine opportunity for accountability, learning, physical wellbeing, and change.
Program purpose
S.H.I.F.T. places truth at the beginning of meaningful change. Participants are invited to look honestly at choices, harm, patterns, strengths, and responsibility while also recognizing that no person is limited to the worst thing they have done.
This self-directed version carries forward the spirit of the original group work through structure, healing, integrity, fitness, mutual support, and purposeful action.

This is self-directed learning. There is no required completion time. Participants can pause, reflect, and return to the material as needed.
