It’s my birthday. I have now finished first drafts of four novels in a detective series, ‘The Inspiring Adventures of Glo, Drag Queen Detective.’ My writing is improving. Whenever I immediately assume I’ve written something brilliant, I will likely not be so pleased upon further review.

I came into jail with no family and friends willing to communicate with me. I now have my brother, my former boss, my colleague, and my government customer communicating with me regularly. They send me money to buy paper and pens. I will never need to write my novels on toilet paper again.
